Data controller
The controller is SC SUSHI EXPERT SRL, CUI 29456391, registration J40/14928/2011, with its place of business at Bd. Biruinței 137, Pantelimon, Ilfov, Romania. For personal-data requests, select “Privacy and personal data” in the form.
Data and purpose
The form may collect your name, email address, company, if you choose to provide it, subject and message. We use this data to answer questions under our legitimate interest in communicating about the company and, where relevant, to take pre-contractual steps you request.
Providers and security
The technical hosting provider processes the request to operate and secure the website. When delivery is unavailable, the inquiry is not accepted and its information remains only in your browser form. The application neither stores nor logs message content. An irreversible technical identifier may be held briefly in memory to limit abuse. Once activated, the email provider will process the message solely for delivery and security.
Retention and use
We retain data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and afterwards only where justified by legal obligations or the defence of legal claims. We do not use it for marketing, profiling or automated decisions.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You can complain to Romania’s National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
Preferences and technologies
The site stores only your language preference locally. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking services.
